Your privacy rights - effective date: March 25, 2019
Scope
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Thunder Token, Ltd. (“we,” or “us”) treats personal information collected on www.thundercore.com and games produced by Thunder Token, Ltd. (collectively referred to in this Policy as the “Platform”).
Types of information we collect
Thunder Token collects information from you and about you. Here are some examples of the information we may collect:
- Contact Information. For example, we may collect your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address. We may also collect your mobile phone number.
- Account Information. If you create a wallet or an account on, or seek access to, our Platform, we will collect your username, password, email address, or other authentication information.
- Verifying Your Identity. We might also collect age, residence, nationality and a form of government issued identification to verify your identity for compliance purposes.
- Transaction Details. If you make a transaction using the Platform, we record the status of the transaction, value data, information about the recipients, amount, and additional technical details. We also store the transaction ID that can be used as proof that a payment was made.
- Information You Post or Submit. We may collect information you post in a public space on our Platform. We may also collect information you submit when you send us a message through our Platform.
- Employment Information. If you apply for a job, we (and our third party service providers) collect the information you include in your application including your and your current and former employers’ name, email, address, and phone number, as well as your resume, educational background, and social media profile(s).
- Social Media Information. We may collect information you post on our social media pages. We may also collect your social media profile information and information posted on your page.
- Device Information. We use automated data collection tools to collect certain information through our Platform or other methods of analysis, such as your Internet protocol (IP) address, cookie identifiers, mobile carrier, mobile advertising identifiers, MAC address, IMEI and other device identifiers that are automatically assigned to your computer or device when you access the Internet, browser type and language, IP-derived location information, hardware type, operating system, Internet service provider, pages that you visit before and after using the Services, the date and time of your visit, the amount of time you spend on each page, information about the links you click and pages you view within the Services, and other actions taken through the use of the Platform.
- Other Information. If you use our website, we may collect information about the browser you are using. We might look at what site you came from, or what site you visit when you leave us.
How we collect your information
Thunder Token collects your information in different ways. Below are some examples of how we may collect your information on our Platform.
- Directly From You. For example, when you:

- ~~Sign up to receive our communications.
- ~~Submit a request to our customer service team.
- ~~Interact with Thunder Token social media pages.
- Passively. For example, when you visit and navigate our Platform on any device. We may collect information about users over time and across different websites and devices when you use the Platform. Third parties also collect personal information this way on our Platform.
- From Third Parties. We may receive information about you from other sources. For example, this may include receiving information from:
- ~~Social media sites, including Twitter, Reddit, Discord, and Medium.
- ~~Third party sites, including those that allow you to integrate your third-party account with your Thunder Token account, and sites that allow you to create an account and utilize the Platform such as MetaMask, Google, and GitHub.
- ~~Companies that provide information to supplement what we already know about you. Certain third parties might link your name or email address to other information they have collected. That may include online usage information.
- By Combining Information. For example, we may:
- ~~Combine information that we collect offline with information we collect through our Platform.
- ~~Combine information we collect about you from the different devices you use to access our Platform.
- ~~Combine information we get from third parties with information we already have about you.
How we use your information
Examples of how we may use your information that we collect through our Platform include:
- To Provide Our Products and Services. This includes fulfilling your request to access our Platform.
- To Improve Our Products and Services. We may use your information to make our Platform better, including developing new services and performing data analytics. We may also use your information to customize your experience with us.
- To Understand Your Interests. For example, we may use your information to better understand what products and services interest you.
- To Respond to Your Requests or Questions. This may include responding to your feedback.
- To Communicate With You. We may communicate with you about your account or our relationship. We may also contact you about this Policy or our Platform terms and conditions.
- To Determine Your Eligibility. For example, we may use your information to verify your identity or determine your eligibility for our Platform and Platform developer access. If you apply for a job through our Platform, we may use this information to evaluate your application.
- For Marketing Purposes. We may provide you with information about new products and special offers. We might use your information to serve you ads about products and offers. We might tell you about new features or updates. These might be third party offers or products we think you might find interesting. - For Security Purposes. This could include protecting our company and consumers who use our products and services. It may also include protecting our Platform.
- As Otherwise Permitted By Law or As We May Notify You.
How we share your information
We may share your information in the following ways:
- Internally. We may share your information internally within Thunder Token, Ltd.
- On our Platform. For example, we may display information you post on public spaces on our Platform. We may also display information you submit in connection with a promotion.
- With Our Service Providers. We may share your information with third parties who perform services on our behalf. For example, this may include entities that provide web hosting or analytics services and applications that store your personal data for registration and marketing purposes. It may also include companies that send emails or deliver advertisements on our behalf or help us run our Platform.

- Marketing - Interest-Based Advertising and Third Party Marketing. Through our Services, Thunder Token may allow third party advertising partners to set tracking tools (e.g., cookies) to collect information regarding your activities (e.g., your IP address, page(s) visited, time of day). We may also share such information (such as demographic information and past purchase history) we have collected with third party advertising partners. These advertising partners may use this information (and similar information collected from other websites) for purposes of delivering targeted advertisements to you when you visit non-Thunder Token related websites within their networks. This practice is commonly referred to as “interest-based advertising” or “online behavioural advertising. We may allow access to other data collected by Thunder Token to facilitate transmittal of information that may be useful, relevant, valuable or otherwise of interest to you.
- With Any Successors to All or Part of Our Business. For example, if Thunder Token or its affiliated companies, merges with, acquires or is acquired, or sells a brand or part of its business to another business entity. This may include an asset sale, corporate reorganization or other change of control. We may transfer our customer information as part of such a transaction or as stand-alone assets.
- To Comply With the Law or To Protect Ourselves. For example, this could include responding to a court order or subpoena. It could also include sharing information if a government agency or investigatory body requests. We might share information when we are investigating a potential fraud.
- For Other Reasons We May Describe to You.
Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from persons under the age of 13 or as required by local law. Choices regarding your information
You have certain choices about the use of your information. Certain choices you make are browser and device specific.
Marketing Communications
You can opt out of receiving our marketing communications. Note that you will still receive transactional messages from us, including information about your account and responses to your inquiries. To opt out of receiving our marketing communications, you can follow the instructions included with the communication.
Cookies & Other Tracking Technologies:
- Your browser may give you the ability to control cookies or other tracking tools. How you do so depend on the type of tool. Certain browsers can be set to reject browser cookies.
- ~~To control Flash cookies, which we may use on certain websites from time to time, you can go here. Why? Because Flash cookies cannot be controlled through your browser settings.
- ~~The online advertising industry also provides websites from which you may opt out of receiving targeted ads from data partners and other advertising partners that participate in self-regulatory programs. - ~~Please note you must separately opt out in each browser and on each device. Advertisements on third party websites that contain the AdChoices link may have been directed to you based on information collected by advertising partners over time and across websites. These advertisements provide a mechanism to opt out of the advertising partners’ use of this information for interest-based advertising purposes.
- Analytics. We may also use Google Analytics and similar tools to collect information regarding visitor behavior and visitor demographics on our Platform. You can opt out of Google’s collection and processing of data generated by your use of the Platform by going to http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Our Do Not Track Policy:
- Some browsers have “do not track” features that allow you to tell a website not to track you. These features are not all uniform. We do not currently respond to those signals. If you block cookies, certain features on our sites may not work. If you block or reject cookies, not all of the tracking described here will stop.
- Options you select are browser and device specific.
Your privacy rights:
In accordance with applicable law, you may have the right to:
- request confirmation of whether we are processing your personal information;
- obtain access to or a copy of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions prescribed by law;
- receive an electronic copy of personal information that you have provided to us or ask us to send that information to another company;

- seek correction or amendment of inaccurate, untrue, incomplete, or improperly processed personal information.

Security
The Internet is not 100% secure. We cannot promise that your use of our Platform will be completely safe. We encourage you to use caution when using the Internet. We use reasonable means to safeguard personal information under our control. Authentication information may be needed to access certain areas of the Thunder Token Platform. It is your responsibility to protect your authentication information.
Storage of information
Information we maintain may be stored in the United States. If you live outside of the United States, you understand and agree that we may transfer your personal information to the United States. This Platform is subject to the laws of the United States, which may not provide the same level of protections as those in your own country.
Retention
We store information we receive as described in this Privacy Policy for as long as you use our Platform or as necessary to fulfill the purpose(s) for which it was collected, provide our Platform, resolve disputes, establish legal defenses, conduct audits, pursue legitimate business purposes, enforce our agreements, and comply with applicable laws.
Supervisory authority
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe our processing of your personal information violates applicable law.

Our Platform may contain links to other third party sites that are not governed by this Policy. If you click on a link to a third party site, you will be taken to a site we do not control. We are not responsible for the privacy practices used by third party sites. We suggest that you read the privacy policies of those sites carefully. We are not responsible for these third party sites.
