This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Thunder Token, Ltd. (“we,” or “us”) treats  
personal information collected on www.thundercore.com and games produced by Thunder  
Token, Ltd. (collectively referred to in this Policy as the “Platform”).  
TYPES OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT  
Thunder Token collects information from you and about you. Here are some examples of  
the information we may collect:  
Contact Information. For example, we may collect your name, mailing  
address, telephone number and email address. We may also collect your  
mobile phone number.  
Account Information. If you create a wallet or an account on, or seek access  
to, our Platform, we will collect your username, password, email address, or  
other authentication information.  
Verifying Your Identity. We might also collect age, residence, nationality and  
a form of government issued identification to verify your identity for  
compliance purposes.  
Transaction Details. If you make a transaction using the Platform, we record  
the status of the transaction, value data, information about the recipients,  
amount, and additional technical details. We also store the transaction ID that  
can be used as proof that a payment was made.  
Information You Post or Submit. We may collect information you post in a  
public space on our Platform. We may also collect information you submit  
when you send us a message through our Platform.  
Employment Information. If you apply for a job, we (and our third party  
service providers) collect the information you include in your application  
including your and your current and former employers’ name, email, address,  
and phone number, as well as your resume, educational background, and  
social media profile(s).  
Social Media Information. We may collect information you post on our social  
media pages. We may also collect your social media profile information and  
information posted on your page.  
Device Information. We use automated data collection tools to collect certain  
information through our Platform or other methods of analysis, such as your  
Internet protocol (IP) address, cookie identifiers, mobile carrier, mobile  
advertising identifiers, MAC address, IMEI and other device identifiers that  
are automatically assigned to your computer or device when you access the  
Internet, browser type and language, IP-derived location information,  
hardware type, operating system, Internet service provider, pages that you  
visit before and after using the Services, the date and time of your visit, the  
amount of time you spend on each page, information about the links you click  
and pages you view within the Services, and other actions taken through the  
use of the Platform.  
Other Information. If you use our website, we may collect information about  
the browser you are using. We might look at what site you came from, or what  
site you visit when you leave us.

Thunder Token collects your information in different ways. Below are some examples of  
how we may collect your information on our Platform.

Register for an account.  
Import account information from third parties.  
Sign up to receive our communications.  
Submit a request to our customer service team.  
Interact with Thunder Token social media pages.  
Passively. For example, when you visit and navigate our Platform on any  
device. We may collect information about users over time and across different  
websites and devices when you use the Platform. Third parties also collect  
personal information this way on our Platform.  
From Third Parties. We may receive information about you from other  
sources. For example, this may include receiving information from:  
Social media sites, including Twitter, Reddit, Discord, and Medium.  
Third party sites, including those that allow you to integrate your  
third-party account with your Thunder Token account, and sites that  
allow you to create an account and utilize the Platform such as  
MetaMask, Google, and GitHub.  
Companies that provide information to supplement what we already  
know about you. Certain third parties might link your name or email  
address to other information they have collected. That may include  
online usage information.  
By Combining Information. For example, we may:  
Combine information that we collect offline with information we  
collect through our Platform.  
Combine information we collect about you from the different  
devices you use to access our Platform.  
Combine information we get from third parties with information we  
already have about you.

Examples of how we may use your information that we collect through our Platform include:  
To Provide Our Products and Services. This includes fulfilling your request  
to access our Platform.

Ltd.

public spaces on our Platform. We may also display information you submit in

parties who perform services on our behalf. For example, this may include  
entities that provide web hosting or analytics services and applications that  
store your personal data for registration and marketing purposes. It may also  
include companies that send emails or deliver advertisements on our behalf  
or help us run our Platform.  
With Our Business Partners. We may share your information with our  
business partners. This may include social media sites.  
Marketing – Interest-Based Advertising and Third Party Marketing.  
Through our Services, Thunder Token may allow third party advertising  
partners to set tracking tools (e.g., cookies) to collect information regarding  
your activities (e.g., your IP address, page(s) visited, time of day). We may  
also share such information (such as demographic information and past  
purchase history) we have collected with third party advertising partners.  
These advertising partners may use this information (and similar information  
collected from other websites) for purposes of delivering targeted  
advertisements to you when you visit non-Thunder Token related websites  
within their networks. This practice is commonly referred to as “interest-based  
advertising” or “online behavioral advertising. We may allow access to other  
data collected by Thunder Token to facilitate transmittal of information that  
may be useful, relevant, valuable or otherwise of interest to you.  
With Any Successors to All or Part of Our Business. For example, if  
Thunder Token or its affiliated companies, merges with, acquires or is  
acquired, or sells a brand or part of its business to another business entity.  
This may include an asset sale, corporate reorganization or other change of  
control. We may transfer our customer information as part of such a  
transaction or as stand-alone assets.  
To Comply With the Law or To Protect Ourselves. For example, this could  
include responding to a court order or subpoena. It could also include sharing  
information if a government agency or investigatory body requests. We might  
share information when we are investigating a potential fraud.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from persons under the age of 13 or as

transactional messages from us, including information about your account and responses to  
your inquiries. To opt out of receiving our marketing communications, you can follow the

tools. How you do so depend on the type of tool. Certain browsers can be set

The Internet is not 100% secure. We cannot promise that your use of our Platform will be  
completely safe. We encourage you to use caution when using the Internet. We use  
reasonable means to safeguard personal information under our control. Authentication  
information may be needed to access certain areas of the Thunder Token Platform. It is  
your responsibility to protect your authentication information.  
STORAGE OF INFORMATION  
Information we maintain may be stored in the United States. If you live outside of the United  
States, you understand and agree that we may transfer your personal information to the  
United States. This Platform is subject to the laws of the United States, which may not  
provide the same level of protections as those in your own country.  
RETENTION  
We store information we receive as described in this Privacy Policy for as long as you use  
our Platform or as necessary to fulfill the purpose(s) for which it was collected, provide our  
Platform, resolve disputes, establish legal defenses, conduct audits, pursue legitimate  
business purposes, enforce our agreements, and comply with applicable laws.  
SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY  
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to lodge a complaint  
with a supervisory authority if you believe our processing of your personal information  
violates applicable law.

are not responsible for the privacy practices used by third party sites. We suggest that you
